Description
Makler Counting Chamber is an easy-to-use device for fast and accurate sperm count, motility evaluation and cell morphology analysis of a semen fluid sample.
Product specifications
The analysis is performed directly on non-diluted, nonstained semen fluid, by microscope analysis.
Makler Chamber guarantees standardized conditions for all of the analyzed samples;
it ensures a more accurate evaluation of motility as it allows free movement of spermatozoa that are uniformly distributed in a frictionfree single horizontal plane.
Accuracy of analysis is enhanced through the elimination of the various steps required by the usual hemocytometric technique.
